Talkinng about my new RCA RTD325W DVD Home Theater system I recently bought. The sound is amazing! Very easy to hook up too, just a lot of wires! The am/fm feature is also very cool and the upscaling to 1080p is Boogerific! Highly recommend it! Check out my review at Walmart.com reviews.walmart.com Edit: Got my Comcast remote to operate the RCA sound system. As a stylish, versatile, easy-to-use home entertainment system, the BDS 800 plays almost everything and fits almost anywhere. Packed with all the latest in-demand features and technologies, the BDS 800 is surprisingly compact, even though it possesses a powerful Blu-ray Discâ„¢ player, a DVD/CD player and an FM tuner. It will even play multimedia content such as movies, music or video through its USB port with better quality than virtually any computer screen. As for sound spectacle, the BDS 800 has voice-matched satellite and center-channel speakers with dual flat-panel midrange drivers that envelop you in a 360-degree soundscape, while a 200-watt subwoofer impacts you with the deepest bass. Add the BDS 800's intuitive on-screen setup menu to get you up and running with ease, and you'll quickly discover a beautifully designed home theater system that brings inspiring entertainment experiences right to your home.

The DVD/ fm radio player we have for our home theater system is not working, can I buy just a new player without buying the speakers etc. Where? What do I ask for to make sure it has all the speaker connections in the back? Thanks!
I think it would have the AUX part it is only 2 years old. It is a Coby, those things are not made well. It was in the camper we bought, the camper has a home theater system.

Hi, Andrew Gash here for Audioholics. Can you get a 5.1 system for under ? Well, yea - but the big question is do you want to? We'll try to answer that for you. We're not going to wax eloquent about the incredible quality of the drivers or the deep authoritative bass response. It doesn't have it! It's pure boom and sizzle - BUT... BUT... it's a better experience and sound than any TV speaker I've yet heard. And that's something. It's also quite standard, meaning you can upgrade it gradually over time. That's worth its weight in gold. Read the full review here: www.audioholics.com

Yep I bought me a sound system for my room. This is a lot like the one in my living room (which is also by RCA) this one has a built in Blu-Ray player and surround sound speakers. Only thing is there is no optical port for audio. So you use the old white and red composite audio cables to get the sound from the tv. It's a great 8 investment though and I'm really enjoying all the booming Boogerific sounds! -Booger
