Why? my speakers and tuner give me all the bass I want already. They are Klipsch large bookshelf speakers for left and right and a center channel with Sony STR-DE915 A/V receiver What will the subwoofer do? Thank you
My current computer speaker's receiver stopped working. Instead of buying a new receiver i was wondering if it is somehow possible to use a DVD home theater system (Sony HT-C800DP) as the receiver? Is there any special cords i need to connect it to my computer? My computer has no special outputs for the player.

I have a Samsung 46" 720p TV, Sony Blue Ray, Sony Home Theater system/Receiver (has multiple HD inputs), My Dish Network HD DVR Box...Basically I have it working,but I don't feel I have it hooked up correctly...I have my DVR hooked up to my TV, My receiver hook up to my tv and my Blue ray connected to my TV...is there a better way that I should be doing this...Also, in order for my TV to get the full HD experience should I get a special HD cable for my TV?
