How do I get the surround sound to work when watching TV with the Panasonic DVD Home Theater, SA-HT720?
I have a Panasonic DVD Home Theater Surround Sound System, SA-HT720, and we've used the surround sound when watching TV before, but now I can't get it to work. It's been a long time, how can I make this happen?

Connect optical cable or composite cables ( red & white ) from cable box or TV to Home Theater for audio.
pie I presume this combination are connected from before. of course the rca cords must be going from the out port of the dvd to the inport of the surround player. some can use a "s" cable and its easier to use. any way if all are connected than you need to match the home theater in using the remote (usually). there are often multiple options. on the unit I have there are aux 1, aux 2, tv, and a radio setting. these are modes. I believe you will find this title on the remote. ps you can go to Panasonic on line and find a downloadable instruction manual if you still need help
